Not sure about PRC law on this but in Singapore, the mother is not entitled to any maintenance unless they are legally married.

The child, if proven to be yours, however is entitled to maintenance whilst the father is still alive. As for any wealth left behind, if TS prepared a will beforehand, his estate will be distributed according to his will. He can exclude the woman and the child from receiving any part of his estate that way. If he did not leave behind a will, the intestate succession act only provides for legitimate children to be entitled to a share of the father's estate.
