What can happen when cong an see you do street pickup in HCM? just curious, I never heard of any problems with this in Hanoi. Not much police out in Hanoi when it rains, when it's cold, or at night anyway...meaning they are not often there...

Appreciate if you can elaborate be careful of what?

I have been Vietnam many times. I have screwed numbers of viet gals working in the pubs, disocs, FLs, salons etc but I always come back safe and sound.

What justify a street pickup? Does it mean that if I ask a beautiful lady wearing sexy clothes to join me in a taxi ride, cong an will consider that a street pickup and create trouble for me. In that case, a bit dangerous to cheong in Hanoi then. :(
