Just came back from Festival Massage. This place is actually not within walking distance from Bui Thi xuan. Cab from Le Duyen 3 to the place is about 20k dong.

Place is rather small compared to Vien Dong.
The massage girl given to me was in the syt category. Looks like a typical S'pore lian. Fair skin with rebonded and tinited hair. Grade her looks 7.5.
However, I couldnt released..she used too much baby oil liao...
But she allowed me to autoroam and kiss her breasts.
By the way, I asked her if I can remove my shorts but she kept saying no.

Damage : 110k (massage) + 300k (tips).

Festival, Vien Dong and Minh Tam should be under the same boss or group.

Would like to recommend a good restaurant seviong lunch buffet at very economical price of 110k d only. About Sing dollars $8.80.

A Buu Quan - 17 Bui Thi Xuan St, Q1.
Buffet for lunch only - 1030am to 2pm (Best to go around 11am to beat the lunch crowd.)

Restaurant opens until late hours.
Always go there for supper after clubbing.
Can see a lot of babes in big grps.

I always try the claypot frog prorridge there if I happen to stay at that area.
Last time when I saw the buffet price in the menu. I thought it was priced for each food serving only. Only today I realised that the buffet price is for eat all you can upon clarification with a waiter whio can speak some English.

In the buffet menu, there is a lot of those Zhi char stuff like what we have in Sg. Differnt types of fried rice, noodles, fried fish, shrimps, chicken, pork, different kinds of soup and many many more.

I ordered the Cantonese fried rice, Soup with minced pork and bean, fried cat fish, sauteed mud fish, mud craps, sauteed clams. I could have ordered more but the buffet because place was crowded with office ppl. Will go there try again tomorrow.

This place i would say it still my fav place cos i had a wonderful unforgettable massage by a syt....Oh ya this place was intro to me by our bro who had house arrest at the moment....i think you know who...hehe......:D

Usually, there is a so called 'Manager' in the salon.
Just tell her you want to choose the lady.

Best time to come is around 10.30am.
If you arrive too early, the girls may still be upstairs doing their makeup and attire.

Le Duyen 4 is located at 72-74 Truong Dinh.
It's very close to where you stay now.
Less than 5 mins walk.

Along the street, there are at least 4 beauty salons.

Pham Ngu Lao was the first place I stayed when I visited HCM many years back. Didnt really like the place..as it is too touristy.
There are many bars located at that area but I feel that the viet girls there appeal more to the westerners.
You can also try the body massage at Vien Dong Hotel also located at Pham Ngu Lao.
