My 2 cents...

1. Honour your appointment, if cannot make it, inform the ML
2. Be on time
3. Follow the ML instruction on how to get to their unit, do not go your own way
4. If there are people at the lobby or lift, do not go in. Come back out and go in again later.
5. If you want 2 HJ, request upfront if the ML did not ask
6. Respect the ML and do not force her on any off menu requests
7. If there is anything the ML done makes you uncomfortable, tell her politely
8. While writing an MR, do not need to mention any off menu items :p so as to protect the ML from unnecessary demands from other bros
