She takes forever to reply, she also doesn't reply hourly in between customers, she replies after work or during breaks. And she just randomly picks who to reply so it's really based on luck. Unless you're her regular and she's already saved your number. I told her in the long run she will lose customers this way because it's ineffective. Probably cause she's new still coping with the mass texts.

Agree that Ivy's response is very poor as compare with many other girls. Really have to be patience with her. And prepare not to receive any reply from her, especially on wehcat. Hope she will improve as time passes.
