When the thais say hway kwang, they normally mean somewhere near Thalat Hway Kwang. Meng Zai is somewhere further in. But the thais don't call that Hway Kwang. As for Ratchada, Meng Zai, Hway Kwang, all fall under Din Daeng. Cos when you send out letters, you need to put in Din Daeng. Till now today.

If I did not remeber wrongly patpong still have some shows but std wise the best still in Pattaya. They even have russian girls performing there. Before coming to BKK, I try to book some hotel in Pattaya, ....availbility were bad for 4 n 5 stars hotels.

There is "high" surcharge for this period. Prices were damm high. Even for US$100 a night I couldnt get the hotel of my choce. Thus gave up going Pattaya for a change.
