Actually this depends if it is a free float, managed or fixed exchange rate pegged to usd.
I don't know enough of vn economics to know which is which.
But usd expected to appreciate and interest rates set to rise in Apr (or around there), vnd should appreciate against sgd.
This is also because MAS is not intending to do much about the fall against usd.

What this means is less vnd for sgd going forward.

Simple mah, wana maximise your SGD is very simple - for example now you take 100 pumps to cum, just increase by 2% to 102 pumps then you cum, this way you can recover your 1% devaluation liao :D
