you can't get vnd outside of vietnam.
for your reference, 1 usd can get you around 15,960 vnd, and 1 sgd around 10,000 vnd.

It depends on the wat the exchange rates are. It might just be better to change to USD in s'pore. it all depends really on the exchange rate. if you want tknow the rates of USD-VND & SGD-VND, let me know, I can pm you the rates. the bank is just opposite my office

Actually everyone wants to know if the massage palour at Superbowl is open, but no one has the time to go down to take a look yet. Maybe i will try to go down to check it out in the next few days :D

actually I approached the counter just near the arrival hall and the guy punch in the destination into computer and then will tell you the price...once the voucher is printed, the counter gal will pass it to the taxi driver who is waiting outside..

next time I will flag down the taxi near the drop-off point..probably will cost around VND 60,000... :)

there is a money changer at People's Park Complex (quite near the UOM bank) who has Dong for exchange... I didn't ask him for the rate... he probably got so many Dong from the Viet gals who is working @ Lisboa... :D
