Although I never cheong in HCMC, I never hear of agogo and fishtanks (Thai concept) in vn.
You may see HCMC thread2 for info about where to pick up gals for ST/LT.

Stay in NEW WORLD?... I think you will have to sleep alone every night

VN is a totally different cheonging scene to THAI
