Gay sex is still illegal in singapore, though rarely enforced. However, oral & anal sex are now legal between consenting heterosexual.

It is not illegal to pay someone for sex but ->
"Under the Women’s Charter, anyone who lives on the earnings of the prostitution of another person could be jailed for a term of five years and shall also be liable to a fine not exceeding S$10,000." |

FLs working the streets and bonking in hotels, massage palors, spas, multi-story carparks or house calls are all illegal. This is why there was/is a massive cleanup of all streetwalkers in Geylang, turning it into a ghost-town. The police could not close an eye to the massive blatant breaking of the law in GL. GL was a victim of its own success. Sigh |

It's far better to admit that a commercial transaction took place, in which case you'll likely be let off with a warning after giving a statement. Rather than to deny everything and then be caught for giving false information. Giving false information is a FAR MORE SERIOUS crime, and could land you a big fine, possible jail, and quite likely your name in the papers. Don't do it. |
Re: Budget Hotel Raided on 3rd April
Haizz......better stay home and PCC!!!!!!!! :p

Re: Budget Hotel Raided on 3rd April
Just want to share my opinion...Charges can only be pressed upon caught red handed or evidences are concrete...especially when identity is exposed. SMS and emails are very concrete evidence; each message contains so called 'header' which consists information and identity. Beware of what words you used and sent. Should not mention $$$ rate in SMS.
I won't be surprise SBF is monitors by 'intelligence'...this can be easily done by packet sniffing...apologise for being too techie :D |
Re: Budget Hotel Raided on 3rd April
so let's say someone is raided with a PR or S-pass in action.... pink IC usually is alright, but how to save the PR or S-pass holder. Coz most of the time, that's the one who'll get into trouble.
