Pay 480 per yr, all hc, spa, and masg shop hv it.
U need to fill up customers list.
Usually the licence with police logo are hang at the recept.
They can partition the plc, gal need medical checkup.

There are exempted from the act.
Blind man masg, foot masg, real tcm, need proofing...
Or make to believe tcm.
?????.
Need not sign in.
Cannot partition nor curtain.
Many taking risk.
Therapist need not check up.


But if boss kiasu, he can do otherwise.

Last type, no licence at all.
No need to sign...
But usually they make the place look like real...
With many cert, diploma, advance diploma...all hang
up..
Some even with room.

note once a while there is schedule routine check.
They check list, so better on the safe side.
This ruling not new,
during and even before the golden era of health
centre, mainly in orchard road, and katong
The only one not in orchard is excelsior, and
imperial hc.
I cant remember any hc no need sign.

Even I go for foot massage at people park with my wife we were asked to register
The lady at Teochew Meng say new gov regulation all must register

foot masg open concept, they can also apply for licence,
so must register.
Think fee gone up. Was 400 few yr back.
Not new regulation.
But recently, many foot masg shop ask to get licence,
for their own good.
They can do both body n foot masg,n even put up partition.
Subject approval from building mgt, lta., civil defence fire men
approval.
Have licence mean alot of things.
The svc they provide is approve by many authority...
Reputable shops , up market spa n foot reflexology must sign in.

in the event if you are having a session at the shop during the raid and your particulars are not registered at the counter. That's when the trouble starts for you.

Now the ruling change. All shop with lisence need the guest to sign in. with nric, name, nationality, etc. u will also see they will write no indecent activity in the shop. SPF need the owner to do all these. if we dun write 1k per name.

if u need to release and thinking of go toilet 1st and never sign, they come in also 1k.

Under the rule, you have to register. It has been this way since donkey year. You are free to write anything you want, as long you are not caught. If you give the wrong data, you will be charged under Sing law that you give false information. I mean, if the man in blue really check the register list.

Bro, if the joint does not ask you to register, it is their fault, not your fault. They do not follow the legal rule. You dont have to worry about that. When they apply for the massage license, this rules are mentioned to them.
