it depends individually, you can try split half, take 10mg first, if no much effect then take whole 20mg pill next time.

Yesterday I went to Cxxxxng pharma at seri alam.
Show picture to pharmacist. Asked if I am a member, only member can buy. I said no.
Register as a member and proceed to purchase it.
Got it at 28 RM (4 tablets).
Hope this info help some bros who want to buy 😁

Now that you publicised that pharmacy..... very sure next guy who go there will be asked for prescription.

Please lah.... if you manage to get things done not in line with the laws.... just keep it between yourself and not get the pharmacy into trouble.

For years you can get anything medication from most pharmacies without need for prrscription.... until that Steve Chia from CNA did a documentary on JB pharmacies selling medicine without need for prescription. That caused the Malaysian authorities to crack down on those errant pharmacies.

This pharmacy did you a favour ...... and you baotoh them by publicising them.

So far dug through the thread is Cxxxxg or "Morning/Night" but then again also bo bao. 😂
