In order to hv any exchanges, u MUST get yr 1st REP power. To do tt, u hv to join us to participate actively the daily dance routine called the DAILY GRIND, day in + day out, to beg all senior samsters to up u first + promising to return once u hv the FIRST point.



No one individual can help u alone BUT it's a whole of sbf effort (mostly all within the 15 threads POINTS EXCHANGE GROUP) & is a collective effort.

It's best for u to perform the daily begging from senior samsters in all 15 threads of the POINTS EXCHANGE group to widen yr exposure.

U had achieved the 1st REQUIREMENT of having at least 10 posts (actual 118) & u can just concentrate to beg daily to achieve yr 2nd REQUIREMENT.

As for the 2nd REQUIREMENT, u need to beg another 75 more points on to yr current 25 to make a total of 100points & u will get yr 1st rep power to exchange.

Since, u had joined sbf in Sep 2002, yr rep power will be either 22 or 23 once u had yr 1st rep power.

Let us help to build up a large pyramid base of samsters tt we may up daily like in a MLM (multi-level marketing) scheme where in order to rise, we need to get more members to join in so tt we can rise together'. So, in order to exchange points DO NOT PUT ANY MINIMUM points restrictions except minimum of ONE point so tt yr points can grow together as many can approach to up u.

Finally don't start upping people when you still have zero power. Wait until you have at least 1. Otherwise the receiving party gets nothing.
