Sorry hor normally I will just adopt a blank look on my face & keep my mouth zipped unless they ask me something :cool: no point trying so hard to be nice & friendly as their attitude is always the same and have never improved over all these years regardless of whether you speak to them in Swahili or Wetnamese :rolleyes:

to each his own...so far I always provide the officer with the flight number on arrival and he looks grateful...quickly let me off with friendly smiles...if lady officer lagi better...sure ask me many questions and I will make her very high and happy...:)
