I only heard that the manager was celebrating his birthday. I guess he was quite high last night that why went to stage to perform after the PPC

As for the singer, her only special act is know how to play sexsafone. should which one know if ever gone to zara. Hmmm still figuring out on why one of the fattest and least attractive singers got the honour :D

Well different folks have different taste for women. Only been to Zara once and yes I do remember the girl that plays the errr... clarinet I think (not exactly a sexophone). Though not the most attractive singer... but I can sensed she got a feisty personality... some men like lah:p

I have supported semi-regularly a feisty singer that manager recommended. Definitely not my type, but lots of fun to chat and play dice. That said, I would never set off a cannon for her; that's only for when I have my more typical ulterior motives! There's another singer I sometimes hang just because I enjoy her intelligence, quite rare in this business. Again not my type so only hang on occasion

have been going to jade but the place not as lively as dongmen, quite sian sometimes.
but the singers are more fun and spend more time with you than the dongmen ones loh.

I still like Jade because of what you say, has some cuties, and also they alternate their colors during weekdays, quite nice look when they all wear red or white. And as many change during night, can also see change into sometimes more sexy clothing

Would say Xianzi still has more chio ones though. Once they move to new place, think will be really packed as new, upscale interior always brings more business and they already have good business plus pretty singers.

Visited Lido's HFJ twice this month. As expected, very nice environment, having the high ceilings is quite nice. Pretty good selection of singers too, though no better than the other, large HFJs in terms of quality, perhaps even fewer real chio ones. Definitely not for feint of heart/wallet: at PPC both times saw lots of $1000 cannons go off, one time counted was 6, and then several $500 too. On that night, only 1/3 tables even occupied and yet flowers so large (tho some came from rooms where singeres had entertained earlier). As always, one man's meat applies--several who got the $1000 flowers I was surprised by as thought they were not very pretty.

Another downside of this place (besides high cost) is that perhaps in keeping with high-end reputation, their dressing seems more uniformly formal. Say at Xianzi there will usually be few who dress very sexy, fully bare backs or long slit dresses, but I didn't see that at Lido. Maybe was just bad luck when I went!

Both singer managers from Taiwan, and overall quite fun to chat with. Not like Huang Chao where I recall their managers quite old and just less fun to talk to, tho I haven't been back to HC in a while
