As time approaching, im getting more and more excited for my trip to phnom penh next week. Comfirmed going with another 2 senior citizens. Last minute maybe more may join. Air ticket for 3 of us already booked at $110 each by jetstar.

This time, hopefully will include exploring the areas around pp airport.
This coming trip will do the following :-
* look for gals and ladylike ladyboys around phnom penh.
* scout around the happening areas around pp airport, st 2004 etc.
* may or may not scout around svay pak
* roam sihanok all the happening places including omei st, ktv street, d port chicken farm and casinos. Hopefully, i can still find usd5 st at the port chicken farm.
* if got time and money, will visit kep and kampot.
* if still got money, then will visit mocbai.

word of advice, avoid St 2004 KTVs around airport area, even locals going there also kana scammed and extorted, they will tell u 70USD all in, but bill always ended up 100+, most of the KTVs there r run by local police / gangster, so even u call police is useless, unless u know this man

Ok, seriously take note of yr important advice. Anyway, theres a group of gamblers organised by Genting junkets going to Xi Hu Casino Resort (sharing same beach with Queenco) in sihanok on the 8th dec. How many going i dont know. They paid rolling usd3000 to get free air tickets and free hotel rooms for 2 nights. Of course makan is free.

i didnt know xi hu is alr open, it is still a big mess infront, just bet the rolling chips n when can get back abt same amount in cash chips then stop gambling n get free tix, lodging n meals, not a bad deal

This coming trip on 8th dec is the second trip the junket organise to Xihu resort. The junket spoke to me personally. They take off from KLIA by Airasia, around 12 noon flight to sihanok.

Taken into consideration unknown danger, my plan is after spending a few days in pp, i and my friend will stay in a hotel near the phnom penh airport. Then at night we will engage a tuktuk to bring us tour around st2004 and the road leading towards sihanok (within 5km from the airport) which i saw some ktvs with wls sitting outside.

I just wonder have anybody here ever tried booking rooms from Airbnb.

I was first introduced to airbnb by my colleaque. From time to time, she, a singaporean malay lady, would rent a whole apartment via airbnb, in Johore bahru Danga bay. Very cheap only about sg$20 per day, fully furnished whole apt.

And so i decide to look for rooms in phnom penh via airbnb and indeed there are many private apartments at very resonably cheap price to rent out. And most of the customer reviews are good reports.

There are many but i would like to show only one here as an example :-
This one, not far from the riverside pubs, is to rent out at only sg$16 per night.

Hi, Are the seafood stalls still around in Serendipity beach n orchaelteau beach. Without seafood stalls along this beach, sihanoukville lost its identity.

who bo ji lan, tonycheong2, let me recap what are the chee bye things u do, u come to sihanoukville i go pick u up n buy u lunch, at night i bring u to my long time bar, buy u drinks, u take a box n put on ur head, u shout at the bar girls n threaten them to drink toilet cleaner liquid, then u hv the face to come to this forum to say that this how u party n i cannot accept this

I looked into the possibility of using airbnb but decided against it mainly due to the lack of security. Personally I find it reassuring to use hotel as they will keep the id of visiting guests. While it may not prevent someone who is very motivated, it will certainly act as a deterrent
