7 month started and HFJs have less business. People go out less or they attend free getai or ghost festival dinners. Some afraid during this period to go out late. After bidding in auction at such dinners, got no money left for HFJs. This is the dry season for HFJs.

hmmm been seeing some bros asking for super budget joint that dont look like some run down shit house... well i have one recomendation.

STEY CLUB.. aka Nan Tien. located at the building beside Liang Court.
Beer S$17 a jug. (after plus plus its S$18 you can see that price on the BIG Sign board)

They have 3 pool stable and about 16 singers and 4 dancers/singers, 2 sections and 3 rooms.

the lighted section you can just sit there chit chat with the gals, play pool surf on your computer quite relaxing.

the darker area is where the stage is, they have 2 pool tables there.

flower i heard start from S$10 but i always just hang S$50.

Usually they have the individual singers singer and then the dancers will perform their dance. total of 3 sets of singing, 2 sets of dance and 1 pai pai chang.... singer to look out for is Jap gal Aya (she is chinese but has jap foster parents... and speaks perfect jap... honto kawaiiii, uso janai.)

Was at Le Forbidden City at Eminent Plaza. Placed took over by Pudong, opened in 1 July 09 with abt 20 rooms and HF operations. The HF only started 1month ago, with 16+ girls, age around mid 20s.

One thing good is the singing start early at 8.30pm, and the PPC is twice at 11pm and 1 pm. Start early so can go back after PPC, no need stay so late. During PPC, 1 guy celebrate his bird-day so hung each of the 16 singers $200+$100 = $4,800 ! Then all the singers come down in one row to shake the hands of the birdie-man (in his 50s) .... what a nice sight !

I left after the 1st PPC... I won't reveal how much I hang and who I hang .... else my ID will be exposed :D

Heard of this joint but haven been there. One of my friends who been there told me the decor quite nice. Besides the singers, the gals who sit table also quite pretty. mostly from china. Will visit this place soon.

Some bros may know.
Actually those singers in the small joints along Serangoon Road area are real pitiful. These joints have more singers than customers; basically no business.
Typically these singers have some quota ($3k) to hit first before they get a cut of the flowers hung.
Hence most of them get zero income (because below target) from working around 2030 to 0200hrs each nite.
Minimum daily expenses (taxis, food, lodging) are already a big challenge, not to talk about making money.
They have strict rules regarding AWOL and MC.
Officially they have 1 day off per month.
They may quit but then they have to return home straightaway.
Most of them spend a lot of money to come to Sinkapoor in the first place.

Of course the lucky few may get somebody to support them but these are the minority.

Bro, you mean they don't get anything if the flower is $3K and below? I dont think this is possible, maybe they have a fix salary eg. 1k if below $3K flower. I know of one joint, if the flower is below $4.5K, the singer will get a fix salary of $1.5K. Singer with no big flower, this arrangement is good but not for singer with supporters.

hahaha...yes different joints have different systems.
For some joints, many of these so called singers are working for free; no income and no freedom.
If the joint offers a basic salary....she should thank her lucky stars.

It is gradual salary system. i.e. If you hit 3K, you get 50%, you hit 10K, you get 80%, if you can not make any money, too bad. I do not think there is any fixed salary for them. If the business is really that bad, these girls will go to some KTVs around, like DC, CJ for the HH session to earn some money for their living.

Agree, they are very pitiful. Customers there are not so generous, normally hang 100/200 duing PPC time only. I went to two small joints around there, business is bad. These places are really run-down, so just browse once only to feel. Some of them can actually sing well, but in general, not looking so beautiful compared to joints in citi area. So if you are happy with someone, you get her number, just call her to some better KTV or even normal KaraOK places during HH, send them back after that to continue their lonely life.

By the way, rich singers know how to make money and spend money. You can check these poor singers's handphone, not to be surprised it very good ones, new model. So even more pitiful lah.

I think BD / CJ still got the average good choice of singers..;)
