New Taiwanese Concept Disco in Town - D8 Disco

it's very new, just opened last week, inside got Taiwan and local SG gals, quality wise not bad at all, they have sing and dance performances, also got band performing!

i'm only a customer there btw, helping them to promote, pls dun shoot me down :)

anyway..... recently I've been visiting EZ50 at ONE NEIL Road

Live band.... quality singing and dancers dressing very naughty.
2 female vocalist and 2 male vocalist. All 4 singing kick ass. Sure beats going to hfj with lousy singers constantly raping my ears. One of EZ50 female vocalist used to work in other hfj... old timers may recognise her.

As for the cutie dancers..... they are persistantly peddling LDs. No big deal... buy a couple and they'll accompany... tok kork, play pool. Oh btw... the pole dancers also kick ass good.

A nice place to drink and relax. Patrons do hang flowers.... yet to see any bidding wars. Hope there won't be any..... as for any ECAs with the singer/dancers...... I really don't know.... and I don't even wanna try.

Nevertheless.... with $$$ and KC.... no pussy cannot be bought.

if u hang flower for the singers.... they will sit and tok kork with u. As for the dancers.... they come tok to u with tray full of LDs... ha ah

agree this is good place, quite fun. One downside of HFJ is that while the long dresses can be fun to see, I miss the amount of skin one can see at KTVs, while 50s lets you see the real figure:D! Also nice to hear some fast and rocking music rather than the love ballads all nite at usual HFJ. Very economical, no pressure for hanging or LDs, though I always buy some drinks from the dancers. One difference is that they are happy if you buy drinks for yourselves, as opposed to Thai LD places where the diluted drinks is for them. Only downside perhaps is very loud for staying more than a few hours

Me was xiang cheng regular..hehe. The lady boss is xiang xiang...me always go there drink green tea and always onli hang one gal only. No complaints from the manager.

Recently there are few new gals as the old gals had gone home, This few new gal can sing well. But this place is a bit quiet some times but good for us. Cos u are enjoy and sit there whole nite with yr gal.


Now they are having a mass magic show performance to enhaunce the show . As bro said before, u can hang $30 if u want....:D.

I always spent $188 WHEN I m there, $150 for my gal, $10 ea for the 2 servers and $18 for a jar of green tea which last whole nite.

Any bro try Armani at JS...is it a FHJ too..heard that $130 for 4 jars of beer.lot of viet there and lot of singers,,,with KTV room too...any bro can share their experience there if u are a regular there. Tx.

I admit I have not been to Armani HFJ for a while, about a year. And I didn't go back b/c 1) the singers I thought were lower quality in looks and singing than most other HFJs at the time and 2) now much fewer PRCs in the KTV, much more Viet as you say. I previously went to HFJ to support a friend who was a singer, so spent some time in the hall. And when I went to KTV room before would stop by HFJ for a bit. So my info is too dated, but I suspect, given how other bros say the KTV has declined in PRC quality at least (at one point was regarded as one of the best for Pho, maybe still the case today, but I prefer PRC), my suspicious is HFJ has not improved enough

I normally go there during Happy Hour only. Went there very during one weekday, many girls there, mainly PRC. It is too crowd, I do not really like to go, unless friends invite. Viet gals, maybe they come in late time, I didn't see too many. So so lah, can not compare to DC or TAM, very young and sui. KaraOK system, quality no good, maybe used too long, or it is 2nd hand ones.

xiang cheng start at 9.30 but the gal wil be there at 9pm. They start at 9.30 and end at abt 10.15 then follow by customer karaoke till 11.pm. Then start 2nd show ,after complete the round,straight goes to ppc.it end abt 12.+. Then karaoke again. And the last round wil be 1am. Weekday close at 2.30am. Weekend will be later. For infor, all singers are prc. Hope tis wil help those bro who want to go xiang cheng.

the other one i use to go before is shangrila which is opp rex cinema. It located at basement 2 and basement one is a malay pub. Tis place is small and most of them is ah pek. But min is $30. Nt much looker but hv few. Me nvr been there o months liao after i kmw xiang cheng.jus for infor.

one more i use to patronise is located at golden mile complex where u take a bus to malaysia. Tis place at story 1 jus beside the kopi shop,call zui hua ting. Got 3 karaoke rm wi gd system. Outside the main hall is the stage. Min 30 dollar and used to have nice and pretty gals. But oso nvr been there for quite some time liao. One thing gd is tat, if u don like tis place ,u jus walk to mext building basement ,there is another hfj, i think is call ying he, lot of pretty gals too.

Just now 12pm I went to Ang Mo Kio Hub for lunch.
As I went up to level 3 Foodfare foodcourt, I saw a familiar ugly old man queuing in Vegetarian stall.
I see the queue is quiet long I joined in.

Oh I saw Dayview2004 (James Tan) buying vegetarian food :D for lunch, the stall cashier told him "Uncle, $3.50"
but I saw James only dig out a piece of $2 & some coins and that added to be $3.30 with shortfall of $0.20.
James told the stall cashier that I have only $3.30 can OWE you $0.20 first or not.
The cashier see James so old & pathetic :(..she waived the $0.20 for him to have a decent meal :)
