There are still some of those shops that sell the normal SIM cards but you need to register them upfront to make sure it is not registered under another name liao ;) alternative is to go Mobi HQ in HCM and buy from them & register at the same time, you can also buy long period validity upfront from them, thats what I did as I bought 1 year validity period (forgot how much liao) so that I do not need to monitor or worry about expiry every month........:cool:

All I know is as long as good money inside. Can use long long.

I one time top up 500k. But I think deduct 100k per month nia.

Just bring to the Mobi HQ and try register lor.....then they will check and let you know can or not....;) normally they may give a grace period of 1 or 2 months after expiry so if you still dont top-up again after that it will be cancelled :cool:

another method use the mobi NEXT apps to change to nice number and mobifone charge you a small fees - if I remember correctly is 30k dong...then you sure can register your name at any mobi shop...:)

why bother to have sg roam...damn ex...i spend about 50k dong per trip...most places hv free wifi...then on the roads the most use less than 1 gb...just buy those data plan...:)

to change language to english...google lah...:)

my mobi is registered to my name and I can login online...also my Next application can allow me to top up and send to others...can use Grabpay to top up mobi too...:)
