Bro Horndog did a good job in warning all cheongsters in HCMC.
This scam is not something new (if you read back a few hundred posts....you should be able to find it).

The same lady (or man) on the bike always roam the street outside GOSSIP around midnight trying to catch customers who are not successful in picking up FLs in the discos.

There are also other similar setups (sometimes 1 guy 1 gal on the bike) around New World Hotel and along Nguyen Thi Minh Khai.
