Do you guys usually go to Lao Cai from Kunming?
I think this route from China side should be easier.

Hekou got good KTVs and BBS to cheong?
Tiagong those BBS already tio sweep years ago.

Lao Cai is more like BMTC in Pulau Tekong! :eek:

Oh I think I know where it is liao....:D there were also a lot of people handing out their OKT cards at night if u walk around at SJ area, have never engage them before as find it a bit too pricey for Lao....:cool:

We went from Wetnam side.....will never do it again as wasted a lot of precious time travelling so end up not much time for "actual work" :D

That time cheena side many many BBS wor can even tapao back dont even need to go any KTVs...:eek: but now I think all wiped out liao especially after Emperor Xi came into power :(

I believe from Kunming will be easier as China's transportation infrastructure is better.
I cannot imagine going to Lao Cai from Hanoi.

Yup been there but that border place is actually quite developed and not as "ulu sembawang" as most made it out to be ;) but didnt stayed as was enroute to somewhere more "interesting" :D

The only place that I regret never been to is Mong La between Cockroachland and Burma, last time plan plan plan then last minute my other adventurous kakis got problem to go so KIV until all forgotten liao....:( now with the war ongoing so dont even need to dream about it.....:o

I think China immigration won't even allow you to enter Mongla.

This type of places really need to have like-minded kakis to go together otherwise not enjoyable and also nobody to watch your back :cool:

Yangon honestly I dont have much good comments on, joints are super private limited and the girls really lose out to her neighbours :( only went for the experiences few trips & already totally stopped going there even before covid happened.....;) even been to the sea border town between Myanmar & Thailand Ranong, really not much to shout about maybe becos I am already so spoiled by those fair fair VBs :D
