Been shared many times & not a myth. In Qigong & even Tao or Yoga, there's certain level that's to activate and cultivate your Qi flow towards sexual organs so it's the same for female.

It is said that the old gurus practise carrying buckets of water with their hard dicks. Don't know how true is that but my qigong master at 70+ looks like 50 with pink cheeks and a V body but it takes decades of tough practise that we rarely commit so just swallow that pill! :D
