today tried the famous Juagen master LinLin's JG, take one hour package. first 30 minutes JG, and followed by 30m back massage.

A little pain initially, but after 15 minutes then no pain. will test fire power with my FB in the weekend. :D

will try more in the future to maintenance my tool :p
