I thought sports bra very common nowadays? I see a lot of jogging ladies wear and also sometimes i see girls wear it casually also... just yesterday i saw one girl wearing it with her bf and their group of guy friends

From a runner, i can say it's REALLY hard picking up gals while they're on the fly. That's no matter what you are (or not) wearing. Gals out running are there to work out, not hook up. You might get an opportunity when she's at the water stop or when she's cooling down. But i find gals are quite self-conscious when they're sweaty.
Better chances joining a running group. More time to interact and repeated meetings bode well for getting to know someone better.
