I just spent six days in Phnom Penh night scene. Somehow I paid much less in bars and for girls. Bars between 110th and 136th street near riverside.
LT 50 USD, Barfine 15, ladydrink 4 and my beer 2.

Yesterday in street 136, my friend saw a lady he like and then ask how much, they quoted him usd100, I said no, they then ask how much we willing to pay and when I said 50, they agreed. Barfine usd20 because we didn't order any drinks.

2 LT overnight usd50. All ssyt and syt. However the nightlife activities in Sihanouk is no match to Phnom Penh.

Sihanoukville at night is a very beautiful city. In my opinion, in another 5 years, Phnom Penh is no match to Sihanoukville. Nowadays if take taxi from Phnom Penh airport to sihanoukville, it takes only about 1.5 to 2 hours to reach when travel via the new highway. However take note that if you travel by bus from Phnom Penh to sihanoukville, they still travel by the old route which will take about 6 hours.

Victory hill in sihanoukville is reborn and alive once again.

If you plan like end of feb still ok. Anyway i long time already think this city is doomed after the Ah tiongs. If i go there again i already prepare to just go the central market for shopping nia. Not much hope for the night scenes there. However, lately like quite ok again.

KTV is gone case there. I think it is even more expensive if u go some other nearby countries.
