I feel that there are many types of “JG” which have been advertised, and I have tried several that generally those can be categorised so far as:
1. Exercise your vein
2. Exercise your control
3. Ineffective one / hand job / etc.

Depending on ML, they provide variety of those.

So in terms of effectiveness, if the ML can do #1 and #2, it should improve your performance - although maybe not noticeable in one session.
