Try these :
1. Book 1,2 days in advance
2. Text in the morning between 9 to 11am or at the tail end of each hour (i.e. 1.50pm, 2.50pm) or beginning of each hour (1.00pm, 2.00pm), these are typically customers shower time and seasoned MLs uses this window period to reply text.
3. Give specific timing but also ask if that timing taken then wat is the next available slot.
4.Don't ask unnecessary questions, stick to getting a time slot and if need be, confirm is condo or spa (if is hdb, run..)

If you follow the above and still none of the popular ones even reply anything, then yah, you probably need to change number.

Tried once and stop, it just does nt work.
