what law does the customer break?
if you break no law, police wont catch you. they not so free one also.

laws which customers might break and get arrested in nightlife venues:
1. You are caught pants down / naked (usually fine a few k)
2. you are a wanted man by police (good luck)
3. smoking in the premises (fine few hundreds)
4. you hero, cover 1 of the girl say she is your friend/gf and stay your place. Turns out they proven her to have broken immigration law. You will kanna as her sponsor. (no idea what punishment)
5. fighting (1 on 1 has light sentence. > 1 on 1 = rioting, can go jail or locked up under secret society act)
6. possession / consumption of banned substances, or possession of weapons / contraband items

Know your own laws in your own country pls.

And also, engaging prostitute is not illegal here. You also wont get arrested when they raid you fucking a prostitute in a hotel.
Usually prostitute gets arrested for breaking any of these laws:
1. working without a valid permit / pass (apply to non PR non pink ic prostitutes)
2. pimping (for mamasan / papasan)
3. offering sexual services without a license (massage parlour / residential property / etc)

Yes engaging in prostitution is not against the law in sg. Soliciting prostitution is illegal. Know your own laws in your own country guys.

need to define "Soliciting prostitution" too.

Prostitute ask customer "want to go hotel or not?" = soliciting = illegal
Customer ask prostitute " want to go hotel or not?" = not solicting = not illegal

So the catch here is prostitution can happen on a passive mode. Prostitute stand 1 place waiting for customers to offer her business only. And no middle man allowed (pimps), unless middle man doesnt take any money.

Only Pink & Blue IC holders can work legally as a prostitute here.

Raid then raid la. The AV mainly come for the girls not customers. Usually lights will on bright bright and the girls know it’s the signal and will faster run. I have been in this situation so many times already. When raid is over the girls will come back take tips and business as usual. Last time I was downstairs when a raid happened at Zara…4 vans and a couple of police cars came. 30mins later…allleft and vans empty lol. They didn’t manage to nab anyone. Imagine that…zara so many girls but not one caught. If the place has many exits usually no one gets caught la. Got a xiaodi usually downstairs act as early warning system.
