Yup just like Bro Reap said, its fixed price. If you go to the one I frequent next to Sunflower Hotel, they have a supervisor lady whom speaks mandarin & a bit of english, if she's not around just use their menu (with prices) and point to what you want, simple as that;)

BTW- the guys outside happens to be the stylo mylo hairstylist, especially the one with the golden GI hair:D
