Just a Recap. Did that 2 days ago before

A round of review - Tianxin belong to JS 2.0. Her skills and service standards are equally as good as Zi Yu and Angel. Full hour goes without noticing and she is very accommodating. Agreed. Compared to the rest in that category, Tian Xin is rather average.

I never did rtm also because when I visited her the one and only time, she actually answered a phone call and had a conversation with the customer while servicing me. Not once but twice.
