It is a long long distance away game.
This club is in Kazakhstan. Probably the furthest European game the club had to fly to.
OGS was right to send in youngsters n give Lingard a taste of Captaincy.

Good run out for the youngsters....pity they couldn't win.
The end result hardly matters since they are already through.

Drop Fred n Pereira.
Need a hard man in midfield....should give Matic a chance.
plenty of fleet foot fire power upfront. no worries on that.

I guess it is safe to say, as long these 2 clowns start....Utd WILL concede first.
Again correct.
Villa was outstanding and Jack Grealish was an inspiration.
But then any mediocre teams coming to play at Old Trafford will at least go away with 1 point. Or bonus 3 pts.

Not good w analysis but Villa always look dangerous when they go forward.

I guess 2-2 draw is a fair result for both teams.

poor performance at home, midfield was too soft and defence was too nervy, martial's chip was too heavy at point blank range, pereira failed to close down on grealish fast enough for the first goal. haiz... 想吐血

why is ogs persisting with playing out from the back? he doesn't have the personnel to do that and man u is no barcelona

why is ogs fielding fred and pereira in center midfield? it is evident that both are lightweight and cannot hold up the ball, whenever they lose the ball, the opponents can counter and put pressure on the defence. their assists last night doesn't disguise the fact that they are too soft in center midfield. either play matic when he is fit or give garner/levitt a chance

why isn't grealish man-marked and was given time and freedom on the ball? he is obviously the playmaker yet ogs did not assign a player to hound him down. oh, bcos man u let herrera leave on a free (tmd :mad:). grealish is being linked to man u and we got to see why, he has abit of pirlo vibe, aston villa may have to work hard to fend off interest. which of the top 6 will sign him first?

Ole must go if the red devils are going to improve n win matches.. :(.. another draw 2-2 this time against a newly promoted team Aston villa... Wat a shame n yet he is still saying not bad already.. no tactics or fresh ideas to win games n selection of team members are wrong.. :(.. another delusional guy... If arsenal can sack emery a better coach easily, why can't Utd sack Ole.. the only way for them to go forward is to sack him now... delay no more!...

in their next game with spurs now on fire with their previous manager JM, they don't stand a chance by the way they are playing now...toothless, weak, no passion to score, can't defend properly , always kena goal etc, etc

Anyway, let's see who is right.. Lawro or Charlie??... for me I think it's 2-1 against the red devils like Charlie's prediction... they shd be able to score at least one goal lah but they will sure kena more than 1 goal back becos their defense is so bad :(.. then if they really lose again, hv to sack Ole lah.. becos they will drop down to very near the relegation zone

fred was outmuscled by alli for the ball and it resulted in the equalizer (facepalm), young was slow to react (haiz)


next match away to man city will be a tough test on the youngsters, its likely they will soak up pressure and counter attack. will ogs field a back 3 or back 4? will ogs use lingard to man-mark KDB? or will man city run circles around man u?
