Looks/Body: (7/10) Close to photo. Add her wechat for accurate looks. Some PS/editing going on for her photos featured here but she is not a bad looking lady irl. Older than what she looks in the photo though. No tummy, nice pair of boobs.
Environment: (7/10) Shower cubicle attached, but water does leak out. Some of the wallpaper has peeled as a result of this. (not as 5 star as they promote it to be)

I took their 60 min hot oil at $79.

I think the standards at the shop differ quite greatly. I wanted to do walk-in commando at first but saw one of them smoking outside, decided to wechat specific ML directly instead. Was prepared to leave if they didn't reply.

1B3R can roam top. But it seems like YMMV with different ML based on playability.

Don't think they offer other services on the table on first visit since it's a CAT 1 spa.
