To answer your questions;

No, it is not exactly safe to travel alone as a foreigner. Not that you will get robbed, but alot of times if you get into some incident with the locals, and they cant understand you, things might get ugly.

Girl rates depends on how much they like you, for me usually 80-120usd (PRC there charge more.) Generally I feel that cheap fucks are not worth it in Phnom Penh, I tried a US$30 short time before, wtf, the girl looked OK, but smelled like fish. The smell was still a mystery to me.

Is it the cheapest place for sex? I think it is slightly cheaper compared to Thailand, but the thing is, the value you get in Cambodia is very worth it. Boutique hotels (damn nice, that time I stayed until dont want to go back SG) cost less only about US$60.

I would say it is a new place to play if you are bored of Thailand or Dongguan.

Girlswise, so far all my overnights there are filled with GFE. Even the short times one, I think they are not jaded yet.

Cashwise, 1 weekend there I can easily spend US$1000, but thats for me, because I feel since I am there already I might as well just spend. Sure, some people want to save, but they end up not satisfied (threesome for 2 nights straight etc) hahaha

Once again really depends, I have friends who can speak basic Khmer/Viet, so they can easily pass off as a quiet local (dont talk so much, the girl sure know you are foreigner), managed to get at local prices, US$50-60?

Another group of friends, like to wear and talk loudly until scared people dont know they are foreigner, always kenna charge higher price (just like how angmohs get charged a higher price in geylang). But this group of friend they are OK with the prices, all in the oil industry hahahaha

My experience in Luxury Hotel is only USD25 to USD30 for Vietnamese girls and most of them are Vietnamese Khmer. Went in. Spoke a few smattering Vietnamese Words-Anh Khong Co Thien Nhieu (I don't have much money) or Khyoum Oth Mean Lui Jrarn same meaning but in Khmer. Works all the time for me. Even if I go to Casa Disco to pick up girls, it will cost USD30 to USD50 at the most for short term, this is for Vietnamese girls..trick is to go early around 1am and there will be abundance of choices there. This is due to the fact that a lot of them will come down from the karaoke above due to clients leaving or they have yet to be selected. Personally, I prefer to go to Cobra Karaoke at National Road No 1 as the girls are even wilder there.:)

i went to luxury, mean hur, soul, and teh one close to paris hotel, i tried viet AND kymer apart from soul which i bargain down to 40, i only paid 30+room fee for both viet and kymer

Visited for 24 hours, and stopped at a new bar on St 130: Loco Bar. Totally awesome, super clean and great atmosphere. Reasonable drink prices.

Best were over dozen pretty young Khmer girls, 90% spoke good english and all available for take-away.

My first choice couldn't go, that time of month. #2 option turned out to be a super star... And my hotel was GFE, just took a copy of her ID!
