Finally see a more realistic experience.
That's right. Reason being they start to take you for granted. Coz you keep going back, so they 吃定你。
So standard n service start to decline drastically.
They just merely take you as a tooth filler kind of customer. They got big fish to cater to.
But sometimes the big fish will not be free for them.
So they will still do your biz coz they know u Gian seeing them. And they need the income. Take your money n dish out half Fark service.
To them u r the 傻仔。 Cantonese term as "onh goi zai".

i think not directed at a person ba, no need to take it personally, how can they track how to perform for each customer for an almost always fully booked ML. ML like soccer players have form. Visit them when they are in form will have better results. When they feel the drop the performance level will increase if they still have fighting spirit. The Ronaldo/Messi ML level will have above average performance throughout hence become AP.

I do kind of agree on this. Been visiting a regular ML, but after a few visit, can really see a drop in her standard and service. Really feel like taking me for granted already. There was one time she even tell me she stress in the rental. Is that some kind of like a “hint” to hint me help her pay rental?

CAN perform and WANT to perform is two different things.

I guess the way they work is classify customers into different categories.
Reserve only the best for the VIPs.

Just like banking...they have Premier Banking cubicles for high networth ppl.
For low class SES, join the queue n take number.

From my experience, the MLs here dun value RTMs at all. Unless you are those VIPs.
They will still take in low SES customers (those never tip) though, mainly just to fill in the gaps. So expect half fark service all the way.

So I still hold true to my 2 Quotes below.

Some MLs (e.g. Mint) do maintain either mental notes on their customers, and others (e.g. Ai Ni) had written notes to help them keep track of customers and their preferences.
