3. ERASE all WeChat/ messages/ contacts of ML
4. Don't even lurk ard SBF as a silent reader
5. Get a new focus to keep yourself occupied
6. Use porn to kill your urge.

If you can't do the above, you are simply NOT PREPARED to give up this hobby. Then stop deceiving youurself. Only one thing left to do. As bro Blu3 said, carry on this hobby, get burnt and roasted and eventually you will become just like us, know how to play this game without all the wishy washy baggages.
