Visited Ting Bao for a midnight session last night, after receiving her reply that came two days later.

Location: She's moved from Area B to a high-end studio apartment near a certain hotel at a convenient location. Drivers should park at the hotel's car park to await her instructions.

Hygiene: Apartment was clean, but a little messy because she had just moved in and didn't have the time to finish unpacking and organising her stuff. Nevertheless, towels were clean and fresh, so probably no issue with cleanliness and hygiene.
