I can visit 4x a week, 1 month. Around 2.5k++.

Managed to tone down by fapping to Xmm or chio bus on insta or Tiktok. Everytime I wanna visit I just faster force myself go toilet and wank. Once released I trf $100 to 1 account I created for myself to reward myself.

Managed to cut from 4x/week to 1x/week and now I’m on 1-2x/month. Few months ago i checked that bank acc, wow $6800 inside means I controlled myself 68x. Went to eat some expensive steak, went a short trip to Vietnam ( visited massage everyday but only 30sgd/day ), bought some nice t shirts for myself , etc
