It's good. I like it better than Lido if you are looking for high end KTVs with mostly PRC. Good environment, sound system, service, etc. Not cheap but depending on your budget. I feel overall slightly cheaper than Lido with similar qualities in return. Hope this helps.

Most prices stated are all inclusive afaik. Don’t have 10%+7% most of the time but then I don’t visit a lot of other places.
