Hi All

Me and and a good friend will be going to HCM from 14 - 17 Mar 2008. This is our first chance to be overseas w/o our OCs after 15 years and this is our virgin trip there. I've been surfing this site for many years just for leisure reading.

We hope to meet up with some brothers who will be in HCM during this period for some shopping, eating, karaoke, massage and clubs/disco visiting. Hi all bros, I hope this is not too abrupt for me to ask this. I have this non-WL friend who is currently looking for a job. Office work or waitress job also can. She is a Vn and living in HCM. She is able to speak and write acceptable English. She is also able to speak Chinese and Cantonese. If you had an opening for her or just any recommendations, pls let me know. Basically can forget about it....Singapore dont issue work permit to Vietnamese....unless it is other kind of pass...but then the pay need to be of certain amount....exactly how much I dont know...maybe 1.8k or 2.5k?

Apologies to those 3 bros that confirmed early last friday, had to cancelled the event due to slow response:rolleyes:

- 3 replied & confirmed early (thanks:))
- 3 replied & cannot make it (noted:))
- 4 confirmed very late after I have already cancelled it
- 2 no sound no picture (:o apologies but will be banned from future invitations as don't even have the simple courtesy of replying back)

However I noted that there was at least 3 profiles that were using the pictures of the same taiwanese gal:eek:......as with most internet dating sites better view their pictures & profiles with a fair bit of skepticism:p

She will not be able to apply for service sectors (e.g. waitresses) as the nationalities for Work Permits are controlled (i.e. limited to certain countries only).

However if she is qualified enough she can apply under the S Pass or Employment Pass but of course certain criteria from MOM must be adhered to, check out their website for more details;)

If u confirmed another ambush to the other part of little HCMC (MASK 51), I can help to book table (pre-amp first). The best time to go there is 11pm, if u wan to go on friday and walk-in, try before 10pm.

you didnt mention whether its working in Singapore or HCMC...
I have 2 openings, both in HCMC.
Basically admin work, look after office...need to have computer skills.
