IMHO, not everyone can get to the top. There's just not enough room up there. And that's really not a bad thing cos in reality, wherever there is leadership there is followership. The 2 co-exist in every walk of life. Contary to the viewpoint that being a follower means we are submissive and powerless and being in a "support" position somehow has become equated with a lack of importance, when, in fact, the opposite is true.

We, the "Support Troopers" are exceptionally good at our jobs and can be just as powerful as people in leadership roles. In fact without followers like us, there would be no leaders cos there wouldn't be anyone to lead. ;):cool:
I really enjoy Bro IK's viewpoints....very inspiration....we are often limited by our tots...we are often what we think... believe in yourself .... Actually I suggest Bro JC set up his own media and PR company...think he will strike it rich rather than being an employee....go read Robert Kuyosaki book on which side of the quadrant you want to be in...
