haha not easy to find another working place bro,,,noiw if u want a memberdhip, we also not selling liao, u have to get from the open market. I thnk is 9 to 12k ba. But the deal i offerto u is als0 very attreactive if u don want a long term membership:p

If you are not gonna make an effort to search for 1, you be back here 11 Jan 2012 with same no bonus and 13th months issues.
If it is not making profit as it is now, how would you see your position in 3-5years down the road, mindful of age catching up and so forth.
3 years x bonus x 13th month = XXXX amount. Why work for free every few months of the year?
Take a calculative risk ..Start looking for other workplace avenue....You never know what lies ahead.
Do not fall in love with your job or workplace.
You are a good honest hard working man, you deserve much better than what it is now. Don't let others short-changed you.
I am advising you just like what I would have done for my friends offline.

Yup....listen to IK....he dishes out good advice....he is also a role model.....30 years old and already a big boss....with many singers and mms under his belt....another of my idol here....his knowledge and perpectives never fail to amaze me...
