ETH wanted to buy Cody Gakpo but lost to Liverpool.
PSV announced sale of Gakpo to Liverpool. Seems like Gakpo din want to play for Man Utd. |

A comfortable 3-0 scoreline against Forest in the end, but it could and should have been more. Should have been 5 or 6. Especially Antony's attempt - too close to the goalie from that position.
Casemiro was my MOTM. Turned defence into attack for the 2nd and 3rd goals. His defensive qualities are undoubted, but he can pick a pass like a No.10 too - nice assist for Fred's goal. Fantastic performance. Rashford had a goal and an assist - good to see him bringing his England form back to the club. Martial's goal was a bit lucky - probably helped by the rain. Keeper would have saved it if it was dry I believe. Kudos to Varane for another top outing, despite just getting back to Manchester. Shaw looked like he had been playing centre back for years, despite being just an emergency stand-in. Even picked out a key pass into the opposition box. Good cameos for Garnacho, Van de Beek too - VDB was quite lively and should have had an assist, but Rashford shot straight at the goalie. And of course Fred, who came on to score the 3rd. Forest were really unlucky with the offside when they got the ball in the net. We really need to work on defending set pieces. Hope no banana skins at Wolves and when Bournemouth visit. |

they already had Mane, Diaz n Nunez taken away by Pool from under their noses in the last minute b4...always dilly dallying n not snapping them up quickly becos they r always worrying of too high costs n dragging their feet till their rivals quickly put in their official bids n take them away to their clubs straightaway...then kpkb...serve them right...as said, they will be left with the unwanted n unknown crumps on the floor to join them .. continue this way of NATO in recruiting players they want, they will never hope to win the league or even the cups...sigh But the only comforting thing abt losing them to Pool is that they didn't prove as good as Haaland who so far hv scored 20 over goals for City |
