Hey bro, I did stay at LadPhrao previously for awhile. I think it was called Century Park Condo. Something like 6000baht a month. No furnishing though, had to buy a whole load of crap in. Good security facilities and decent rooms. Not the high end condo's but you might want to consider.

It's located at Ladphrao Soi 12. downside is you need a motorsai to go in , quite a distance.

Opposite the Carrefour Ladphrao.

Of course Lad Phrao is not a happening place as it's more for residential deh! :p

Just imagine some areas of Sukhumvit and Ratchada is like Singapore's Geylang Lor 8 to 18.
You think most respectable people with family will stay in red light district meh? :rolleyes: :D
If have vested interest then that's another story altogether. :)

i believe so. tried that place once a few years back. had 2 shots. i think, if you are up to it, you can shoot 10 times. the girls bring a full box of condoms into the room. girls are average looking, but offer great service.

Been exploring kapoo massage this trip. Decided to visit the places recommended by bros here. My humble FR:

X Space (Sukh Soi 1- near Best Western Premier Sukh hotel)
PRICE: 2300bht for 1.15hr B2B massage or also known as full option. Got special on the less popular ladies 1800bht.
LADIES: More towards younger looking girls, bordering on SYTs. Best time to go in late afternoon, where there's 7-8 girls working.
COMMENTS: 3 girls there I would consider gems, more for those who like SYT type. Room alittle small and basic.

Studio Surprise (Sukh Soi 39)
PRICE: 2300bht for full option but only 50min or 1 hr (can't remember).
LADIES: Looked promising from photos, had only 3 girls working when I was there, and only 1 passed my standard.
COMMENTS: Need to book girls in advance, the ang pai girls sometimes don't go in unless got booking. I think there are 2-3 gems based on photos. Didn't try this place but I requested to see facilities...just like the pics u see on kapooclub.

The Great (Rama 9)
PRICE: 2000bht for 1.20hr full option
LADIES: Had most number of girls working, but all cannot make it, even from photos, and especially in real life. Mostly MILFs there. Saw the photo of the ang pai, quite chio but didn't see her in person cos she works only evenings.
COMMENTS: While cheaper than other places, but the quality of girls in my opinion is below average, with exception of prob the ang pai (name Som)

If you guys really want a cheap option go stroll down suk soi 16. They got oil 1 hour massages for 300-350 baht. Handjobs can be had for 500 baht or so-dont expect top quality looks though. Theres a reason the hot chicks dont work these places. An average looker really stands out!

When did you go "The Great"?? I just went and there are really 2~3 real good looking ones. Best to go on weekends after calling to check stock. There is another ang pai:D but she quitting soon(she claimed) so need to find her again before she do so. And best part is standard 2 shots.
