HPV has no cure and it does not clear up within two years.
The symptoms will "disappear" after treatment but the virus remains in your body and will be dormant until it decides to have an outbreak again.
When that will be depends on individuals and can be as fast as within few months or as long as 10-15 years later.
No one can predict when the virus will decide to have an outbreak again.

getting gardasil is indeed wise...in australia it is already compulsory

for females they have a gel (Papilocare) that's proven to clear hpv 16 and 18 but for males nothing yet...
