Can I play gk instead ?

Not hard to imitate Onana :D:D

I will leak goals just like him, you won't be able to tell the difference.
Only need to pay me a fraction of his pay.

Latest Man U news

Zinedine Zidane and Graham Potter are being heavily linked with the managerial role at the club, but according to Relevo, Lopetegui is currently in pole position to become the team's next head coach.

The report claims that Lopetegui rejected a huge offer from Saudi Arabia last month, as he wants another coaching position in England, with Nottingham Forest also linked with him.

The 57-year-old allegedly views Man United as the 'perfect fit' for him, and senior members of the board are admirers of his work in Spain, Portugal and England.

Lopetegui's experience of the Premier League and English communication skills have reportedly put him above Zidane when it comes to the pecking order of managerial targets for the club.

Ten Hag will again be under pressure to deliver a positive result when Man United resume their Premier League campaign away to Liverpool on Sunday afternoon.

Our poor baldy's days r seemingly numbered...just a matter of time...not sure wat exactly went wrong with him this season as he was such a success last season...feel sad for him n pity him as he now is a clueless manager like OGS during his last days unable to solve the many problems of such a big club...this Sunday's imminent thrashing by Pool may probably end his time at the theatre of dreams prematurely either b4 or after Christmas or latest after the new year esp if they also lose to current top teams like Unai Emery of Aston villa n Postecoglou of Spurs...sigh

but don't think Lopetugui is the right man to succeed him as he has not proven himself to be as wonderful a manager as pep or klopp when he was manager at Barca, Sevilla n even wolves where he had to leave those clubs after short stints there

I had given up on manager ady…. Start clearing prob from the root first

Guess who was my fav man utd manager after SAF?
Mine was Mourinho… he got the plans and the vision… but in the end? Why was he sack? Player power I rem reading a news saying Pogba celebrate when Mourinho was sack… that why I hated this player so much….

U give me Zidane or even Guardiola now as man utd manager… u think they can lead this workers to be champions? Why do I call them workers instead of players? More than half of the team do not play for the badge… just take their big fat salary and go home… that why I mention changing any manager simply doesn’t not interest me anymore… with glazers around I dare to say it out loud… we will never be champions of England again if they are the owners

Just in my own POV this are the few players I would keep…

Casemiro
Martiniz
Varene
Shaw
Burno but not as captain we need to change a new captain
Maguire
Garnacho

The rest can simply fuck off from my beloved club…

Last season....

Rashford....every kick is a goal. Nuff said.

DDG....amazing saves went unnoticed. Ppl only focused on his howlers. And that Golden Glove cleansheet record. I doubt Onana can reach his status.

Licha...a beast in defence. forms a good partnership w DDG and Varane also.

Casemiro....nothing went past him when he is on form. transition lynchpin between defence and midfield.

Fred....ok....debatable...but this guy got good stamina and covers a lot of ground. Can be a good marker as well.

Weghorst....I know many say he cannot score is a piece of crap. But I want to say his pressing/holding at the front is a major contribution.

Shaw....very good overlapping and crossing at the left. Probably because Rashford was in such devastating form as AML.

My thoughts on why ETH is still around.

According to The Athletic, Ten Hag is earning £9 million per year - £750,000 monthly - and is under contract for another 20 months.

Therefore, United would have to pay him around £15m in compensation if he was fired today.

However, the overall process of changing managers would likely cost significantly more than £15m.

As well as the costs involved with hiring a replacement, United would likely need to pay compensation to multiple members of coaching staff that were brought to the club by Ten Hag and will likely also leave if and when he does.

United reportedly had to spend £19.6m to get rid of Jose Mourinho and his backroom staff when the Portuguese boss was fired in December 2018.

So, when Radcliffe brings in his millions, it should be bye bye ETH.

My thoughts...

...

I heard of this rule. So pretty good deal even if the Manager is sacked.

I seriously think the club (or any other clubs) in future should list out certain KPIs to be met. Like taking the club to Top 4 this year, winning trophies....etc.

All this should be spelt out clearly in the contract.

If the Manager cannot meet the KPI, then the club can exercise the right to sack him without any compensation.

If I am the owner of the club, I would want this be placed into the contract. I want a road map from the Manager on how he want to help the club to advance in a certain timeline.
So only the competent and confident candidate will be hired.

I believe some clubs add such requirements in the contracts.
Then you see managers leaving per "mutual agreement".

But in most cases, clubs are so gian to get the manager , just like getting players, they do not add such stuff..

Sad lah.

Mason Greenwood got another good outing with Getafe.
Scoring a penalty and an assist to help Getafe win 3-0 away at Sevilla.

3 goals and 4 assists in 13 matches for Getafe. His first season.

Meanwhile,

Marcus Rashford P15 G2 A1

Anthony Martial P13 G1 A0

Rasmus Hojlund P12 G0 A0
