Everyone of us in this thread are bascially nice person at heart. To toughen up our heart and dump them after they serve no value and without remorse is not an easy thing to do and need constant reminders and practices. Just like running, 1st couple of days, your muscle will pain and sore like hell, after a week or so, it's ok and you be able to run the miles.;)
