I think Yoro will feature, but not much as Amorim seems to want to ease him into it, and starting in a high intensity vs Arsenal maybe detrimental, probably see him as a sub.

I note that Amorim have been rotating and trying out players, but not the younger guys, Collyer and Amass.
Giving the younger guys some running minutes would be vital for development.
Or loan them to Leicester, as RvN is reportedly looking at them as well.

I said that media made up a joke of Madrid wanting dalot as 2nd choice, and all the outlets are reporting it now as well.
If Dalot can be sold at a decent price, it would seem RA is willing as well, to get funds for other wb he wants.

man u attack outlet not just ltd to amad, can be hojlund or garnacho too, all 3 have pace if amorim plans to soak pressure and counter, this plan is viable as arsenal play with high d-line.

saka is arsenal biggest threat, so LWB dalot cannot push too high up the left flank to prevent arsenal counter and garnacho will provide the width instead. if dalot cannot recover his posn, LCB mazraoui will mark saka, as both maguire de ligt not agile nor fast enough to defend saka (dalot can't be LCB either, if saka beats dalot, really gg liao)

its impt that man u keep the tactical discipline and dun commit silly fouls, then they might be able to get something out of it

The pussies look solid holding the Gunners at bay.

Amad was sent on in the 2nd half.

But the pussies kind of lost focus and the Gunners capitalise with 2 corner set pieces. I must say the Gunners set piece really good.

Against top teams, the pussies still got some way to go.

So, back to reality for the pussies and much for Amorim to think about.

As predicted pussies lost 2-0 n a 1st taste of defeat for RA here...it shd be his 2nd defeat though becos he was lucky to draw 1-1 with Ipswich n got away with it...this time lady luck eluded them n they lost to 2 set pieces ...this has always been their Achilles heel all these years n they conceded a lot of goals from set pieces n corner kicks... never learn their lesson n improve....but not too bad lah, gooners couldn't score from open play n Saka n Odegaard were kept quiet...not sure why RA didn't play Amad in the 1st half ??....so now down back to the bottom half .,..sigh

Hope they learn their lesson here n cum back n defeat the gooners in their next game in league or FA Cup ...they really need Victor Gyokerea....Gyokeres quickly cum n save yr ex boss Amorim

Arsenal is clever with their corner set pieces. Their team only moves into position after the ball is in the air.
Onana standing on his ground on both corners. Should have jumped to challenge the ball.

Yes, first time I see this. I was wondering how come all of them standing at the far corner....then when the cross comes in, they all rushed in.
Probably this will startled the opponents and caught them off guard.
Which works extremely well against the pussies.

1. They are weak in defending corners.
2. They are equally weak in losing their men in tight situations.

The Arsenal set piece coach really deserved a raise!

- man u actually was able to keep arsenal at bay in the 1st half, but all the good work was undone by arsenal set pieces, they must have practised like mad to perfect it

- given the way the subs are made, amorim is prioritising the fitness mgt of the players regardless of result. currently the squad is in the phase of familiarising themselves with amorim system and getting used to the workload, while amorim is coaching the players on the fly. the next phase would be offence/defence tactics and amorim will work with the players to mold them to his system. some will adapt quickly like amad, while some will take longer like rashford garnacho, we should likely see amorim preferred XI in 3-4 mths time as amorim is evaluating the players

- rashford aimai attitude again despite amorim public statement, will he be benched or sold?

- fernandes partnered ugarte in midfield, the consequence is that the attacking buildup had no fluidity with fernandes still back in own half, man u sorely needed fernandes creativity and movement in arsenal's half because arsenal also sat more compact, and his passing quality worsened as the match progressed. even when had the chance to break, arsenal already had several players back to negate man u quick counter, garnacho see liao also sian then pass backwards

- decent debut by yoro who made some blocks/interceptions, he will grow into his role at RCB as amorim gives him more minutes

- sidenote shaw, injured again, his injury proneness is max 20 liao, he cannot warrant a place in the squad anymore, if can sell just sell

- next match at home vs forest, likely a home win but man u cannot underestimate forest

Everybody never do their homework to study how the opposition play their game esp RA n his corner-kick coach....now their secret has been exposed n they won't be able to score goals so easily this way next time...the goalkeeping coach also sleeping, don't know how to teach banana how to handle corner kicks

Early this morning, another knucklehead GK of Brighton playing out of the back n gifting Fulham a easy goal...he kicked the ball straight out towards his defender but was intercepted by the opposition striker who kicked it easily into their net with him scrambling back to save the ball from going in ..all these managers n GKs never learn their lesson, do they ??
