In theory well said by both Michael carrick n lacoruna bros...it shd be that way but as the saying goes it is "easier said than done" ...

we all know already these players are POWER players who get their managers sacked when they decide to by playing shit football according to their mood to play or not...they know if they play rubbish football the 1st person to be sacked will be their manager...this is an accepted fact even in many of the other teams...to them they know that if u don't like yr manager n want him sack just play shit football n it's just a matter of time he will be gone....they know it is easier for their clubs to remove 1 man than an entire squad of 20 over players all at one time...so they are not worried abt being sack 1st by their club if they play shit football...

moreover there r many terms n conditions (T&Cs) in their contracts which protects them from being easily sacked by their clubs e.g the club hv to offer them for sale to other clubs 1st n if no other club wants them becos of their high salaries then they will hv to continue to play for the club shit or not ...this is wat the football world calls PLAYER POWER

Malacia and Dalot started as WB. Diallo was moved to the forward 3, partnering Rashford and Zirkzee.

Not much action in the first half and both sides looks to be satisfied w a point. However, worrying signs as Onana appears to be quite shaky when coming out to challenge the ball. Fumbled a few times, but lucky no Plzen players to capitalize.
Zirkzee did come close with a glancing header though,

Banana farks it up with over confident play from the back.
Plzen Sulc intercepted and pass to Vydra to open scoring.

What a turnaround!

Amorim sub in Hojlund, Mount and Antony.
Suddenly, things got going with Amad thriving down the right.
Culminating in Hojlund getting the equaliser.
Hojlund was in beast mode and really look the part of a SC.
He got the winner 2 minutes from time. Latching on a smart free kick from Bruno.
Man U could have gotten a few more in the closing stages as they breakaway with Plzen piling forward searching for the equaliser.
Unfortunately, hold the ball too long in which would be better to pass to others. They really need to work on this.

These GKs never learn their lesson ...still want to play from the back intending to pass the ball out to their defenders but got intercepted by opposition strikers who put the ball into their net easily....when will they ever learn NOT to do that when there r so many opposition players in their goal area...banana ought to be benched for the next impt game against Citeh...if he continues to fumble like that there is no hope for the red pussies...Hojlund is

Chris Sutton's predictions hv been correct lately though the scoreline is wrong...sad, another defeat is awaiting the red pussies from their bitterest rival in blue though the neighbours in blue has weakened a lot recently...but if they hv the spirit to play like this morning's game against Pklen cumming from behind, that will be good .. good news that they r going to place their disinterested but expensive striker on sale soon

- playing out from the back backfired many times for ETH, and now amorim witnessed 1st hand. also dunno what onana was thinking, read the situation wrongly and his pass to de ligt was really poor

- man u attack was poor and disjointed in the 1st half, and zirkzee kept losing the ball. as amorim played fernandes at MC, the SC needs to hold the ball up longer so that fernandes can advance and join in the attack. man u didn't attack much down the left flank, could be amorim instruction to malacia not to venture too far up? or rashford didn't combine well with malacia

- the intro of hojlund and mount changed the game, man u became more direct and played with higher tempo and energy. mount kept making runs into space, too bad he wasn't rewarded for his efforts as the GK saved his shots

- man u could counter, but often made the wrong decision of play, really need to improve as the inability to kill off the game will bite them back one day

- amad plays an impt part in amorim system with his runs and pressing, give him the ball and he can make things happen: attack the opponent, cut to left foot and shoot (and hojlund can kio durian) or cutbacks

- mazraoui is also an impt part with his defending and game reading, yet to see him play as wingback but amorim will want him at RCB or LCB this season

- amorim rotated the squad vs plzen as he is thinking about this wkend's match away at city, he will select a strong lineup but dun think man u can get smth out of it as they are still committing mistakes. the other thing is: can the players be motivated enough to fight for a result or will they just roll over?

Actually 1st half the Banana already fumbled a few times with his handling, that was a warning. But will Amorim risk benching Onana and give chance to Bayindir?

Yes, Amad is the X factor. But it appears some selfish players are unwilling to give him the ball for him to make the runs.
See him no up just because he is short and not-so-good-looking?:mad:

Against City, there might be a chance as their form not fantastic at the moment.

onana is the estb no.1 GK in the squad, amorim will start bayindir for EFL games

right now, amad is the best option after fernandes to make smth happen, if teammates dun pass to him, amorim gotta rant at them :mad:



amorim will select a strong lineup after rotating his squad at plzen, city is in a slump but man u cannot be complacent after the win at plzen. think amorim will use the strategy of sporting vs city in UCL, soak pressure and counter with pace, just hope that playing out from the back dun backfire

Saw some viral videos on Hojlund having a run-in w Amad after the Plzen game. Appears he is unhappy about Amad not passing to him in the closing stages as he was in a better position and also got chance to claim his hattrick.
Amorim had played down the on-field spat and had labelled the bust-up as a 'perfect'.
He also commented: "We need to feel something and that is important. When you don't care, you don't do nothing."

I want to question.....is it only Amad? What about Garnacho and Rashford?
I think both of them are also equally guilty of doing the same thing.
Why Hojlund never shout at them?
Or he pick out Amad because he is small size, fugly and good to bully?

maybe there is a clique situation in the dressing room (different language speakers or seniority or age), so it may translate onto the pitch where some players dun receive the ball even though they are open, fans interpret it as poor decision making by players

its natural to have cliques but amorim has to draw the line because it can affect performances and results if there is no unity
