Re: Manchester United's Headliners, Articles and Rumours
Is this some kind of joke??? :D
"Antony was awarded the La Liga player of the match on his debut for Real Betis" ![]() ![]() He started the La Liga game against Athletic Bilbao and quickly registered an assist as his saved shot was prodded home by Isco for Betis opener. |
Re: Manchester United's Headliners, Articles and Rumours

several Championship teams competed in Europe the season after being relegated from Premier League. Among others, Birmingham, Portsmouth, Ipswich, last one was Brighton. All Premier leagues one season, relegated but still in Europe. Qualified by winning FA cup, league Cup or beaten finalist but Cup winners were also league champions. Ipswich qualified with least yellow/red cards. Cheers |
Re: Manchester United's Headliners, Articles and Rumours
2 things of note that are contradictory.
1 is mainly things I have mentioned before, all the positions switching. Players start to do well in one position and switch to different position is just detrimental. RA constantly trying to stuff a square block into a round hole, and expecting square block to perform miracle by transforming itself to fit....just makes it worse. All the notable wins RA produced are not enough to cover the constant humiliation of other losses. If he takes honour for the wins, then he must also take blame for the losses and stop his whining. At this point, Man Utd is not at a better, maybe even worse position than when ETH was in charge. 2nd thing to note. In spite of how RA is fucking up, chances are created. But our strikers are just not up to par. Ramus showed potential, but somehow his light dimmed massively. I have to agree now, Manchester United need a good striker first and foremost above all. If there was a good striker, we would be in a much better position now. We need an experienced outfield player to guide the team. We need ability now on the field, not potential later. But with the financial constraints, we have very very little options. Ruben Amorim, please be practical..... |
Re: Manchester United's Headliners, Articles and Rumours

looking at the miserable situation they r in now, it looks very likely they r heading towards relegation....they might escape by the skin of their teeth in 17th position if lady luck smiles on them....only luck can save them as their players hv no skill or ability now to win any premier league game henceforth...they recruited new deadwoods to replace the old deadwoods who apparently r better than the new deadwoods ...everytime they struggle n r outplayed, outclassed n defeated by all the other premier league teams except those 3 in the relegation zone now...even if they win it is by chance only |

So he deployed Mainoo as a false 9 in the game against Palace. Unfortunately, that didn't work out. There were brief talks about Mathys Tel, but no valid offers tabled. So that chap joined Spurs on loan. Man U should have got someone on loan instead of signing perm. I think relegation will be avoided. Quite unthinkable to see a massive club like this going down.:o |

As for Mathy Tels think the guy feels played out by the club n must be hating the club now ...as report goes, his 1st choice was to cum to this pussy team as they were the ones who reached out to him 1st but ended up they too stingy cannot afford the 5 million loan charge n they walk away from him n let Spurs steal him from under their noses at the last minute...always penny wise but pound foolish ...he even rejected Spurs at 1st to wait for them to cum n sign him but they walked away n abandoned him ..so lau kwee for him to reject Spurs n then later tell Spurs ok he will join them after all at the last minute of the closing of the transfer window ....this club is suffering now for all the wrong things n decidions they hv been doing or making n not as smart as the other teams esp when it cums to recruiting new n better players for the club Relegation ???...don't say cannot be bah...it is very possible esp if they keep on losing all their remaining 14 games of the season...as they play each match n lose, they r making themselves look more n more like a team in relegation form...a team in relegation form is a team which cannot score goals or finds it very difficult to score goals but at the same time keep on letting or leaking in goals at their end...don't forget they hv been relegated once b4 many years ago...if they don't wake up NOW n quickly find ways to score goals n win their remaining 14 matches n not let those 3 or 4 teams below them now win theirs n catch up n leap frog them in the table, this will be the year they will go down to Div II for the 2nd time in their history |

another issue is the quality, consistency, confidence in the final third, the passing was decent in the opening 15mins, but whenever man u misplaced a pass, the crowd groaned and it definitely got to the players amorim gotta rely on hojlund and zirkzee for the rest of the season, tiagong man u will go for gyokeres and quenda in the summer, its likely that the players that left on loan will be sold to finance the new signings |
