Hi Boss,

My subscription started on March 2015. On Nov 2015, I had a change of card that was used to charge the subscription hence I re-subscribed at Vortel website on Nov 2015.

However, my premium status was not restored but I continued to be charged since Nov 2015.

Please advice.

The last time you were charged was Sep 2015. In Oct 2015 the system cancelled the account because the rebilling could not go through.

If you are still being billed there must be some serious error somewhere because there is no record of that on the verotel database.
